This course provides instruction over 3 days, combining formal lectures with hands-on lab sessions. This hands on course focuses on developing the skills and confidence required to incorporate dry needling into your patient treatment programs. The course is divided into 2 modules the first being a lower quadrant (basic) and the second being upper quadrant (advanced). The course is divided into two modules to allow students to learn the basic dry needling skills in the lower quadrant course and then advance skills in the more technical upper quadrant.

Theory: Clean needle technique, Theories behind needling, Effects on the muscles, neural and fascial system
Muscle Groupings: Posterior Hip, Quadriceps, Hamstring & adductors, Lower leg, Foot, Advanced hip, Lumbar Spine
